Debi Bartel has been doing hair in Orange County for 20 years. She is married and has two little girls. Debi has had the opportunity to work in some great salons and has extensive training. She is still excited about coming to work and making her clients happy. Specializing in precision cuts and color, every client will leave her chair with an amazing personalized style.
